中文摘要: 随着物联网、云存储、大规模科学计算等数据密集型应用技术的迅速发展,以传统DRAM和磁盘为主的存储系统在性能和可靠性等方面面临严峻挑战,而新型存储器件具有高速度、低功耗、高可靠等优势,基于新型存储器件的固态存储系统有望在缓解存储瓶颈方面起重要作用。本申请针对基于新型存储器件的固态存储体系结构及关键技术展开研究。主要研究内容包括:(1)基于多种新型器件的多级并发固态存储体系结构。(2)基于新型存储器件的计算与存储耦合结构模型。(3)低功耗、大容量的新型混合主存技术。(4)高速固态存储系统软硬件协同优化与阵列技术。通过本项目的研究,有望突破新型存储器件在存储系统应用中的关键技术,满足未来数据密集型应用对存储系统在性能、可靠性、功耗等方面的需求。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of data intensive application technologies such as internet of things, cloud storage, large-scale scientific computing, the traditional DRAM and disk storage system is facing serious challenges in the performance and reliability , and solid state storage system based on new memory devices with the advantages of high speed, low power consumption, high reliability, is expected to play an important role in alleviating bottlenecks in storage. This project focuses on the solid state storage system architecture and key technologies based on new memory devices. The main research contents include: (1) the multi-levle and concurrent solid state storage system architecture based on a variety of new memory devices. (2) the computing and storage coupling structure model based on the new memory devices. (3) the low power consumption, large capacity of the new hybrid main memory technologies. (4) high speed solid state storage system software-hardware collaborative optimization and array technologies. It is expected to make a breakthrough in key technologies of new memory devices used in the storage systems to meet the needs of future data intensive application of storage system in performance, reliability, power consumption, etc.
