中文摘要: 药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)是最近才引起关注的一类新型有机微量污染物,其环境污染特征和生态安全风险越来越受到重视。本项目利用XAD树脂分离技术,将城市河水中不同污染区域的溶解有机质分离成6种不用的有机组分,利用结合碳/氮核磁共振波谱、红外光谱和13C稳定同位素等多种分析方法,研究有机分离组分的含量、组成、结构特征; 利用荧光光谱法研究他们与几种典型PPCPs的相互作用,揭示有机质中控制PPCPs环境地球化学行为的主要组分和关键化学结构,阐明其影响机制和影响程度;研究DOM分离组分对PPCPs光降解行为的影响,结合室外监测和室内模拟实验,建立PPCPs的生态毒理模型,为PPCPs污染控制技术和水体治理提供基础数据。该研究有利于加深对PPCPs生物地球化学循环与生态效应理论的认识。

英文摘要: Pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs)are newly identified micro-pollutants in the environment, and their characteristics of environmental pollution and environmental risk were not emphasized until now. Using XAD isolation technique, DOM in Nanming river of different pollution regions was isolated into six fractions. Geochemical characteristics of these fractions such as concentration, composition and structure were analyzed by C/N nuclear magnetic resonance sprectroscopy, infrared spectrum and 13C stable isotope technique. Studying on the interaction between DOM factions with PPCPs by fluorescence spectroscopy technique will help us in the comprehension of the main fractions in their complexation, characteristics of these fractions, effective mechanism and influencing factors. The research on the photodegradation behavior of the DOM fractions and PPCPs through the outdoor investigation and indoor simulation experiments will establish the ecological toxicology model of PPCPs and provide basic data for the treatment and rehabilitation for polluted water. The results had significance for further understanding the geochemical dynemics and effects of PPCPs in aquatic ecosystems.
