中文摘要: 基于可再生资源的贵金属纳米材料的绿色合成是新的研究热点。生物质毛竹半纤维素主要由阿拉伯木聚糖组成,具有特殊化学结构。本申请人以毛竹半纤维素为稳定剂已"绿色化"合成平均粒径为8.39nm的球形银纳米粒子(Peng H. et al. Carbohydr. Polym. 2013, 91(1-2): 348-355),但所制备的银纳米粒子在水溶液中的稳定性不高。本申请拟通过选择合适的修饰剂和调控反应参数对毛竹半纤维素进行可控改性,提高其亲水性和对银纳米粒子的稳定作用,建立半纤维素的取代度、溶解度与银纳米粒子稳定性之间的关系,实现基于毛竹半纤维素的在水中具有高稳定性的银纳米粒子的绿色可控合成。结合半纤维素结构变化、银纳米粒子表面等离子体共振、粒子粒径分布和表面化学结构等,从半纤维素与Ag+的络合配位作用、银纳米粒子的成长过程和半纤维素与银纳米粒子的相互作用三个方面深入理解银纳米粒子的形成机理。

英文摘要: Green synthesis of noble metallic nanomaterials based on renewable resources has become a new research hotspot. The biomass bamboo hemicelluloses which present special chemical structure, mainly consist of arabinoxylans. The spherical silver nanoparticles have been synthesis using bamboo hemicelluloses as stabilizer by us through a green route, and the average particle size is 8.39 nm (Peng H. et al. Carbohydrate Polymers, 2013, 91(1-2): 348-355). However, the synthesized silver nanoparticles display low stability in an aqueous medium. In the present program, a suitable modification agent will be selected to modify the hemicelluloses from bamboo. Synchronously, the reaction factors will also be carefully adjusted. The relationship among the subsituting degree of hemicelluloses, the solubility of hemicelluloses, and the stability of silver nanoparticles will also been established. As a result, the modified hemicelluloses with high hydrophilicity and strong ability to stabilize the formed silver nanoparticles will be obtained, and the silver nanoparticles with high stability in an aqueous medium will be environment-friendlily prepared using the modified bamboo hemicelluloses as stabilizer.
