中文摘要: 手绘组装建模(ABMS)是指通过手写笔或手指输入数据,把模型单元按一定关系组装成复杂三维产品模型的技术。用户只需构思模型单元之间的关系,即可轻易创建具有高度几何细节的三维模型,然而,目前该技术所创建的模型单元之间的组合关系比较松散,难以体现准确的设计意图。因此,本项目提出基于智能特征的ABMS技术。智能特征是语义特征的扩展,拥有事实性、过程性和控制性等形式化知识,能很好地支持搜索意图和设计意图的推导。对于智能特征的重用,由于手绘输入数据的不完整性,提出基于搜索意图的特征检索技术,能动态检视相似特征;而针对特征实例间相对位置的不准确性,计划研究基于设计意图的智能特征图的创建方法。该图描述了智能特征间严谨的配合关系和行为间的关联关系,能够在设计的各个阶段保留设计意图,便于之后的定制设计等。因此,基于智能特征的ABMS技术将为智能设计系统的研究开发奠定基础,并具有广阔的市场应用前景。

英文摘要: Assembly-Based Modeling with Sketch (ABMS) means that a complex product model is assembled from model units with sketch or thumb inputs. By using this technique, users can easily create 3D model with highly detailed geometry, only caring about the assembly relations among model units. However, the relations among units created by state-of-the-art ABMS techniques are not precise, i.e. no design intents. Thus, this project proposes intelligent feature for engineering product which requires precise relations. Intelligent feature is an extension of semantic feature, having formalized knowledge of fact, procedure, and control. It can support the derivation mechanism for search and design intents well. For the reuse of an intelligent feature, feature retrieval with search intent technique is proposed to overcome the incomplete data of sketch input. For the problem of imprecise location among intelligent features, we plan to study a method to create intelligent feature graph based on design intent. An intelligent feature graph describes the mate- and method- relations among intelligent features, which can keep design intents in various design phases. Therefore, the ABMS based on intelligent feature will make a solid base for the intelligent design system research and have a broad application market.
