中文摘要: 本项目拟发展高效、温和的过渡金属催化体系催化有机硼试剂的插硒反应并探索其反应机理,为合成系列含硒化合物提供新方法。与以往采用二硒醚、硒格氏试剂和有机硒锂试剂为合成前体或活性中间体的反应相比,具有反应步骤短、条件温和、操作简便和官能团兼容性好等突出优点;设计多官能化的底物,实现过渡金属催化有机硼试剂插硒反应活性中间体的多种串联反应,建立一锅法高效构建含硒杂环类化合物的简便路线;在此基础上,将该方法应用于相关含硒药物和功能材料的合成,为依布硒林(Ebselen)及类似物等活性药物分子和苯并硒吩(benzoselenophene)类有机场效应晶体管(organic field-effect transistors, OFETs)半导体材料的合成提供可借鉴的新思路。项目的实施有望拓宽过渡金属催化有机硼试剂在构建含硒化合物中的应用范围,丰富有机硒类化合物的合成方法和途径,具有较高的学术和应用价值。

英文摘要: This project will aim at developing highly efficient and mild tranisition-metal catalytic systems for the selenium(0)-insertion reactions of organoborane reagents, explorating the related mechanism of the reactions, and establishing new methodologies for the preparation of a series of organoseleniums. Compared with traditional methods that use dialkyl diselenides, selenium Grignard reagents, or lithium organoselenates as the synthetic precursors or active intermediates, the methods introduced in this project have special advantages of reduced synthetic procedures, mild reaction conditions, simple operations, and wide functional group compatibility. This project will first focus on developing various tandem reactions based on the in situ generated active organoselenates via the selenium(0)-insertion reactions of organoborane reagents catalyzed by transition metals with hope to provide efficient and concise accesses to a variety of selenium-containing heterocycles; on the basis of the abovementioned progress, the project will further apply these new protocols for the practical synthesis of some selenium-containing medicines and functional materials such as Ebselen (a medicine) and its analoges as well as benzoselenophene and its analoges (a new class of high-performance semiconductors for organic field-effect tran
