中文摘要: 与单基地岸基逆合成孔径雷达(ISAR)相比,岸基/船载双基地ISAR具有独特的优势和应用前景。但如何获得高海情岸基/船载双基地ISAR舰船目标清晰的雷达图像多年来一直是一个困难的课题。由于岸基/船载双基地ISAR收发分置的空间结构与雷达回波特性的复杂关系,以及海上舰船目标在高海情下自身摆动的随机性,常规的ISAR成像处理方法已经不再适用。本项目欲建立成像模型,以探究双基地角和等效雷达视线与二维高分辨的关系以及空时相位同步误差对成像质量的影响。在分析随机摆动舰船目标双基ISAR的复杂回波特性的基础上,欲构造出适于该类回波精确时频分析与参数估计的新方法,以突破高海情下岸基/船载双基ISAR舰船目标运动补偿和成像的关键技术。本项目将通过外场试验获取真实目标回波数据以验证成像方法。最终研究出在高海情下双基ISAR舰船目标的成像新方法,为全天候地实现海上目标的分类与识别提供清晰的雷达图像。

英文摘要: Comparing with monostatic shore-based ISAR, shore-based/ship-borne bistatic ISAR has many particular advantages and application prospects. However, it retains a difficult issue for years about how to obtain clear radar imaging of shore-based/ship-borne bistatic ISAR ship target in high sea state. Attributed to the complex relationship between radar echo characteristics and the spatial distribution structure of signal receiver and transmitter of shore-based/ship-borne bistatic ISAR, as well as the random swing of ship targets in high sea state, the conventional ISAR imaging approach is no longer applicable. In this project, imaging model of bistatic ISAR will be established to exploit the relationship between the bistatic angel with equivalent radar line of sight and two-dimensional high-resolution as well as the impact on imaging quality due to the deviation by space-time phase synchronization. On basis of analysis of the complex echo characteristics of random swming ship target in bistatic ISAR, a new method will be constructed for precision time-frequency analysis and parameter estimation suitable for such echo, to break through the key technology of motion compensation and imaging of ship target when the shore-based/ship-borne bistatic ISAR is used in high sea state.
