中文摘要: 本项目拟从结构设计出发,采用表面引发自由基聚合与稀土金属催化的基团转移聚合技术相结合的方式,构筑以超薄的聚合物交联层为衬底、以聚合物刷为响应层的双层聚合物结构,建立一种简便、高效制备化学稳定性高、柔韧性好的刺激响应型自支持聚合物薄膜的新方法;探讨制备条件、材料的结构以及性质之间的关系;阐明交联层的交联度以及聚合物刷的接枝密度、链段长度、重复单元类型等参数对所获得自支持聚合物薄膜的微观结构、刺激响应性的影响规律,为新型刺激响应型聚合物薄膜材料的制备提供理论与技术支持。

英文摘要: From the point of structural design, this project plans to fabricate bilayer polymer structures using a cross-linked ultra-thin polymer layer as the substrate and a polymer brush layer as the responsive layer via the combination of surface-initiated free radical and rare-earth metal mediated group transfer polymerizations, representing a facile and efficient method for the preparation of mechanically and chemically stable, stimuli-responsive, flexible free-standing polymer films. Moreover, the relationship between the preparation conditions, polymer film structure and properties will be systematically investigated. Last but not least, the effect of parameters such as cross-linking extent and grafting density of the cross-linked layer, length and type of polymer chains in the polymer brush on the microstructure and responsiveness of the polymer film will be demonstrated, providing theoretical and technical support for the preparation of novel stimuli-responsive polymer films.
