中文摘要: 针对目前对生物质非均相催化液化反应行为及液化物成分对其聚合物性能影响的认识不够充分,尤其缺少充足的理论支撑导致液化物及由其制备的聚合物的质量不稳定的现状,提出非均相液化时各成分从固相进入液相进而变为最终液化产物的过程中,关键步骤发生在固液界面上,界面行为对液化机理将产生很大的影响;粘接界面的行为特征是聚合物结构特征的反映也是影响聚合物性能的直观证据。本课题选择海南省富产的香蕉茎叶废弃物为研究对象,通过各组份分别及分组混合液化;各原料分别压制成型,观察分析其液化反应时界面的显微特征及组分结构特征;各液化物树脂化,分析各聚合物的机械及热学性能,并观察粘接界面特征等系列方法进行研究,探索液化过程中各成分反应路径及相互影响、界面行为特征对液化机理的影响、成分结构特征/粘接界面特征/材料性能三者间的关联性,对阐明生物质非均相催化液化反应机制,揭示各因素对生物质基聚合物性能的影响规律具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Based on lacking of enough understanding to the direct heterogeneous catalytic liquefied behavior of biomass and the impact caused by the ingredient of the liquefaction to the properties of the polymer, meanwhile, with lacking of enough theoretical support results in the liquefaction and the quality of its polymer product is not stable, this project gives out that during the heterogeneous liquefaction, each component goes from the solid phase into liquid state and then into the final liquefaction product process, the key step occurs in the liquid-solid interface. The interfacial behavior will have a great impact on the liquefaction mechanism. Bonding interface of behavioral characteristics are the reflection of the polymer structure characteristics and also as the visual evidence which influences the polymer performance. The banana stem and leaf is chosen for research object for it is the main economic crop in Hainan.Each component of the banana stem and leaf is mixed together for liquefaction in group for respectively. And the interface reaction microscopic characteristics and composite structure features in the liquefaction are observed and analyzed after compressing the raw materials into pieces.
