中文摘要: 本项目拟在制备高质量石墨烯和石墨烯纳米带的基础上,以玻璃(或石英)毛细管针尖为基底,构建结构独特、高性能的针尖石墨烯纳米场效应晶体管,经表面修饰和功能化改性后:1)研究其对DNA、葡萄糖、细胞分泌物、癌症标记物等微量样品的选择性电子识别性能,开发基于针尖结构的高灵敏、高选择性的纳米电子生物传感器;2)将针尖石墨烯纳米场效应晶体管直接刺入活性细胞内,研究其对活性细胞内蛋白质、葡萄糖、PH值变化、信号因子变化、离子传递及动态波动等的实时检测性能;3)利用针尖石墨烯纳米场效应晶体管的中空针尖管道直接对病灶细胞进行药物输送,研究药物在细胞内的传递过程,探索细胞内药物的靶向输送。

英文摘要: The overall goal of this project is to develop novel and high-performance biosensors based on needle graphene nano-field-effect transistors (FETs). It maybe provide unprecedented opportunities to realize the highly sensitive and selective biosensing and explore the dynamic processes of living cells.Our specific aims as the following: 1) To synthesize high quality graphene and graphene nanoribbons and fabricate high performance needle graphene nano-FETs. 2) To explore the electrical detection properties to DNA, glucose, secretion, and cancer-marker using the functionalized needle graphene nano-FETs. To fabricate graphene based biosensors with high sensitivity,selectivity, and fast response for submicroliter volume samples. 3) To electrically detect proteins, glucose, changes of pH and intracellular signals, ions, dynamic fluctuations, and so on, using the functionalized needle nano-FETs inserted into the living cell directly. 4) To deliver drugs directly into living tumor cells with the hollow nanopipettes and develop new approach for the intracellular drug target delivery.
