中文摘要: 电磁波技术的广泛应用导致电磁干扰与污染日益严重,迫切需要对其进行屏蔽。已研究的水泥基屏蔽材料的屏蔽性能不理想,其实际应用及作用机理研究则更是鲜见报道。项目在研究探明普通碳系、纤维类、磁性材料、纳米材料等屏蔽介质的屏蔽机理与性能的基础上,通过有机合成反应,使具有一定电磁性能的聚合物包覆在镍纤维上,重点研究包覆镍纤维屏蔽介质在水泥基材料中的分散技术及其形成的均匀导电网络结构与均匀的不导电缝隙对水泥基材料屏蔽性能和力学性能的影响规律;研究纳米屏蔽介质的分散技术、品种与颗粒尺寸对均匀不导电缝隙的填充效果。通过分析多组分复合屏蔽介质的分散均匀性及其与屏蔽性能和力学性能的关系,探讨其对水泥基复合材料电磁参数的影响,阐述多组分复合屏蔽介质在水泥基材料中的作用机理,使电磁参数具有可设计性。该项目研究对开发高效屏蔽与结构功能一体化的水泥基屏蔽材料及其工程化应用具有重要的指导意义。

英文摘要: Electromagnetic interference and pollution have become more and more seriously with the extensive application of electromagnetic wave technology, such kind of the electromagnetic wave should be shielded. The shielding property of developed cement-based shielding materials was not perfect. Limited study on shielding mechanism and the application of cement-based materials have been reported. This project based on proved the shielding mechanism and property of the shieding mediums shch as general carbon,fibre,magnetic and nano-materials,make the polymer possess some electromagnetism property covered on nickel fiber through the organic synthesis reactions,focus on the dispersion technology of the covered nickel fiber in cement-based material and its formed homogeneous conductive netwoeks and homogeneous non-conductive slot influence rules of shielding property and mechanical property on cement-based materials. Study the fill effects of dispersion technology of nano-shielding medium, different medium and size on homogeneous non-conductive slot. Analysis the disperal uniformity of multiplex composite shielding mediums and its reletionship with shielding property and mechanical property, discuss its inference on electromagnetic parameters of cement-based composite materials, elaborate the interaction mechanism of multiplex composite shielding mediums on cement-based materials, make the electromagnetic parameters designable.This project have great significance on developing integrated cement-based shielding materials of efficient shielding with structure function and its engineering applications.
