中文摘要: 具有新奇结构和独特性质的3d/4f异金属簇合物由于其在分子基磁性材料方面的广阔应用前景而引起了广泛的研究兴趣。本项目拟采用锰-稀土这一体系,通过设计合成新颖的酚肟类配体,使用无机金属盐或小分子金属簇合物作为反应原料,通过选择适当的溶剂,调节溶液的pH值等方法,构筑高核的锰-稀土异金属簇合物。通过X-射线晶体学,磁化学、谱学等手段,研究结构与磁性的关系。通过进一步改变配体的侧链基团、改变锰的氧化态、引入具有良好磁传递效应的小分子配体来改善簇合物的磁性质,合成具有高基态自旋值,大的负磁各向异性的3d/4f异金属簇合物,以期能得到具有较高阻塞温度的单分子磁体,为分子基磁性材料的基础研究提供新的合成路径,新的研究对象和理论依据。

英文摘要: The study of 3d/4f heterometallic clusters has attracted intense interests for its fantastic structures and potential applications in molecular-based magnetic materials. In this project, we aim at constructing high-nuclearity Mn/Ln clusters by using designed new phenolic oxime derivatised ligands. Inorganic metal salts or small metallic clusters will be used as starting materials and a variety of solvent systems as well as reacting systems with different pH values will be explored to search for the most suitable reacting conditions.The structural-magneto correlation of the clusters will be explored by means of single-crystal X-Ray diffraction study, magnetic analysis and spectroscopic analysis.To obtain 3d/4f heterometallic culsters with high ground-spin state and large negative anisotropy, which may function as single-molecular magnets with high blocking temperature, the magnetic properties of the clusters will be tuned by stuctural modification of the R motif in oxime group,or changing of the oxidation state of the Mn ions, or introduction of small bridging ligands which can effectively mediate the magnetic coupling. The results of this project may provide new examples、new synthetic routes and theoretic basis for the fundermetal study of molecular-based magnetic materials.
