中文摘要: 摘要:本课题引入计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对流动体系下再生水管道腐蚀垢层的形成机理及动力学研究,通过对影响腐蚀垢层形成的离子沉积作用、微生物富集活动和电化学腐蚀行为的理论和实验研究,结合再生水管道流态的计算机模拟,建立流动状态下腐蚀垢层形成、溶解的动力学模型,探讨腐蚀垢层对稳定水质和控制腐蚀的作用机理,进而提出管道腐蚀垢层稳定状态的评价指标,用以评估再生水管道运行状态,并制定管网安全运行策略,以期达到再生水管网稳定运行之目的。

英文摘要: Abstraction:Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method is used for formation mechanism and kinetics research of corrosion scale in reclaimed water pipeline based on the flow system. The formation of corrosion scale is affected by ion deposition, microbial activities and electrochemical corrosion. Combination of flow pattern simulation, the formation and dissolution kinetics model of corrosion scale is established under the flow state. The vital function of corrosion scale is explored for controlling the water quality and pipeline corrosion, and the stable condition evaluation index of pipeline corrosion scale is used to guide the evaluation of reclaimed water pipeline performance and generate safe operation strategy, and then to achieve the purpose of the reclaimed water pipe network's steady operation.
