中文摘要: 本项目将有序介孔孔道与离子液体型杂多酸盐复合催化剂相结合,设计合成有序介孔离子聚合物,用于固载杂多酸,利用介孔孔道的纳米限域效应以及离子液体阳离子与杂多酸阴离子之间的相互作用提高杂多酸固体催化剂的稳定性和活性。本项目采用软模板结合溶剂挥发诱导自组装的方法,通过选择离子液体种类,模板剂类型,调节原料组成,自组装和聚合条件等控制离子液体前驱体与模板剂之间的相互作用,研究模板剂的脱除方式,制备有序介孔离子聚合物。利用离子交换的方法将杂多酸引入介孔孔壁并形成均匀分散的离子液体型杂多酸盐,剖析介孔孔道形状、孔径大小,孔道有序度以及骨架组分的影响,制备基于杂多酸的有序介孔离子聚合物催化剂。选择精细化学品制造中典型的定向氧化反应-苯羟基化,评价所得催化剂的催化性能,通过结构选型、孔道调控、聚合物骨架组成以及杂多阴离子结构控制等途径提高催化剂的效率,为研制新的绿色高效催化剂提供技术支持。

英文摘要: In this project, novel mesoporous heteropolyanion-based ionic composite catalysts were fabricated through dispersing heteropolyanion on ordered mesoporous ionic polymers, aiming to improving the catalytic performance of heteropoly acid solid catalysts through the enhancement of nano-confinement effect in mesochannels and the interaction between ionic cations and heteropolyaions. Soft template route combing the solvent evaporation induced self-assembly method was adopted to prepare ordered mesoporous ionic polymers by adjusting the interaction between organic precursor and template through optimizing the synthetic parameters (the composition of ionic liquids and template, reaction feed ratio, the self-assembly and polymerization conditions) and the template removing process. The heteropolyanions was loaded through ion-exchanging process to prepare mesoporous heteropolyanion-based ionic composite catalysts, and the influence of the mesoporous shape, pore size, pore degree of order and the skeleton components was investigated.
