中文摘要: 泡沫金属具有良好的耐火性能,在建筑防火领域有着良好的应用前景。本项目拟在前期对泡沫金属耐火性研究的基础上,测试和模拟高温情况下泡沫金属填充钢管柱温度场的变化,探讨相关参数的合理取值;通过耐火试验和非线性数值模拟,考虑钢材和泡沫金属热-力耦合本构关系,建立泡沫金属填充钢管柱高温状态下的数值模型,研究泡沫金属填充钢管柱在高温和受荷情况下耐火性能,分析荷载偏心距、轴压比、试件长细比、含钢率等参数对其耐火极限强度、残余强度的影响;通过对相关参数定量分析,提出泡沫金属填充钢管柱耐火承载力和残余强度的简化计算公式;为泡沫金属填充钢管柱防火应用提供理论依据和性能参数。

英文摘要: Foam metal has good fire - resistant property and nice application prospect in the field of building fire protection. Based on previous foam metal fire - resistant research results, foam metal filled steel tube's temperature field variation is tested and simulated in this project, the related parameters' reasonable value is studyed. Through fire test and nonlinear numerical simulation, steel and foam metal's thermo-mechanical coupled constitutive relation is considered, foam metal filled steel column's numerical model is established at high temperature, and its fire - resistant property is studied in load and high temperature condition, load eccentricity, axial compression ratio, specimen's slenderness ratio, steel ratio and other parameters' influence on its refractory ultimate strength and residual strength are analysed. Through quantitative analysis of relevant parameters, refractory capability and residual strength's simplified calculation formulae are put forward. Theoretical basis and performance parameters are provided for foam metal filled steel column's fireproof application.
