中文摘要: 阴离子在生物体系中无处不在,在广泛的生化过程中扮演着重要的角色。阴离子在医学和催化中至关重要,阴离子在环境污染方面的效应现在也被人们意识到。相应的人工阴离子受体和阴离子传感器,由于其在生物学、医学、催化学和环境学等有潜在的价值,已经引起人们很大的兴趣。尽管离子识别重要,国内外有许多课题组从事阴离子识别的研究工作,然而,真正的现状是:只有相当少的一部分阴离子传感器能在实践中获得理想的应用。本项目发明了水溶液中磷酸根、草酸根、氰根、次氯酸根、焦磷酸根的传感器,通过光谱、核磁等手段研究了受体对阴离子的识别过程和机制,进一步用识别体系检测体液(血清、尿液等)、细胞、 商业产品、水源等中这些阴离子的指标。这样有望在医学、环境学、营养学、催化学等领域获得广泛的应用前景,从而提高和改善人们的生活质量和水平。

英文摘要: Anion are ubiquitous throughout biological system. Anion play a fundamental role in a wide range of chemical and biological processes. Anion is very important in medicine and catalysis. Anionic guest species effect as environmental pollutants is now being realized.Corresponding specific receptors and sensors play roles in the areas of biology, medicine, catalysis and environment which attracted most interest. Althought anion recognition is very important, There are many groups in domestic and foreign are engaging in the anion recognition. However, in fact rather few have the accessibility which is ideally required for practical devices. In this project,we devised the respective sensors for phosphate, oxalate, Cyanide Anion, hypochlorite, Pyrophosphate in water. We studied anion recognition process through spectrum, nuclear magnetism and so on. Further, recognition system will be used to detect content from body fluid(serum and urine),cell,commercial product and water source. Which will be hopefully obtain widespread application in the medicine, the ecology, the nutriology,and catalysis et al and improves people's quality of life and level.
