中文摘要: 杰里米o里夫金在《第三次工业革命》一书中指出,第三次工业革命的标志是互联网和可再生能源的结合而形成的新型的能源互联网。运用先进的信息和互联网的理念、方法和技术,与可再生能源相结合,构建能源互联网,成为未来信息能源基础设施一体化可持续发展的途径之一。能源互联网是以互联网理念构建的新型信息-能源融合广域网,它以大电网为主干网,以微网为局域网,通过能源路由器自下而上、开放对等地构建局域集中自治、广域分散协同相结合的信息能源一体化基础设施。本项目提出能源互联网基础体系架构,建立一套能源路由器多元系统建模方法,并以此为基础进行能源局域、广域和主干网联合仿真分析,进一步实现分散协同的能量路由资源调度算法和服务效益最大化系统动态优化策略,最终形成能源互联网半实物仿真系统和开发环境,为能源互联网关键技术研发与示范推广提供坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: In the book The Third Industrial Revolution, Jeremy Rifkin pointed out that an Energy Internet is the major mark of the Third Industrial Revolution that integrates Internet with renewable energy. One of sustainable development way of cyber-energy infrastructure is the Energy Internet, which integrates distribured renewable energy with advanced information and networking technology. An Energy Internet is an Internet-inspired cyber-energy WAN (wide-area networks), with the power grid as the backbone and microgrids as LAN (local-area networks). It is a cyber-energy infrastructure with local central controls and globle decentralized synergy, connected by Energy Routers in an bottom-up and open peer-to-peer way. In this project, a basic systematic architecture for Energy Internet is proposed. A multi-meta systematic modeling approach is developed for Energy Routers. Co-simulation analysis is carried out among the energy LAN, WAN and backbones. Further investigation is focused on resource scheduling for decentralized synergy of energy routing and dynamic optimization for profit maximization of service provisioning. Finally, a prototype system is achieved for semi-physical simulation and development environment. This work will provide future key technology and demonstration development for Energy Internet with a firmly theretical base.
