中文摘要: 深井巷道支护问题一直是国内外采矿界十分重视的一个难题,深井巷道围岩表现出工程软岩的特性(高应力、非线性大变形),对安全生产威胁非常大。针对煤矿深井巷道要求支护结构强度高,且有一定的变形量的特点,提出了将高延展性的水泥基复合材料(ECC)用于深井巷道围岩的支护,该材料是不同于以往的纤维混凝土(FRC),具有与钢材相近延展性,是普通混凝土延展性的300倍以上。本项目将研制出可用于深井巷道支护的高延展性的喷射型ECC材料,并对其力学特性和与深井巷道矿压显现的适应性进行实验和理论研究。通过调整添加剂和胶凝材料掺加量获得最佳的ECC材料流动性、黏性和凝固特性,以保证ECC的可喷性。利用ECC的应变-硬化特性和高延性来提高深井巷道支护的安全可靠性。运用计算机模拟技术对ECC喷层与支护用锚杆、锚索等组成的支护体耦合作用效果进行研究,减少喷层厚度,节约喷层材料。为这种新材料的推广提供理论和技术支持。

英文摘要: Deep well roadway support is a problem concerned by the field of mining industry both in China and other countries. The very strong static pressure from overlying rock in Deep Mine Tunnel and surrounding rock to show the characteristics of engineering soft rock (high-stress, non-linear large deformation)on the threat are very insecurity for deep well roadway.Therefore, it is presented that a new cement matrix composites (ECC) with high ductility is applied to the supportprotection on deep well surrounding rock. The BCC material is different from the previous fiber reinforced concrete (FRC), and its ductility is close one of steel and is more than 300 times the ductility of plain concrete. It is emphasized to study on the injection ECC with the high ductility used to Deep Mine support, their mechanical properties and the adaptability for the pressure behavior of deep well roadway. Adjust the mixing amount of additives and cementitious material achive best liquidity, viscosity and solidified characters of the ECC material in order to ensure the spraying characters of the ECC. ECC strain - hardening characteristics and ductility improve the safety and reliability of the deel well roadway support.
