中文摘要: 本项目拟开展铜配合物功能化的磁性介孔材料催化过氧化氢氧化苯直接制备苯酚的研究。主要研究内容包括:设计、合成和表征含三乙氧基丙基硅烷的配体及其铜配合物;采用周期性介孔有机硅法(PMO)制备铜配合物功能化的磁性介孔材料及其表征,即以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源、溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB)为模板,将磁性材料Fe3O4@nSiO2和铜配合物进行有机地复合;研究铜配合物功能化的磁性介孔材料的理化性能(如金属活性中心的引入率、孔径尺寸、比表面积、孔容大小等)与制备合成条件之间的关系;评价所制备的磁性介孔材料催化过氧化氢氧化苯制备苯酚的反应活性。通过本项目研究,申请人希望能够建立功能催化材料的组成、结构与催化性能之间的构效关系,阐明这类催化体系的催化反应机理,为研究活性高、选择性好、稳定、易回收的催化材料奠定基础。这项研究对于发展我国的苯酚化工工业具有重要意义。

英文摘要: This project involves study of magnetic mesoporous materials functionalized with copper complex and their applications in the catalysis of the direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol by hydrogen peroxide. In the studies, following investigations will be performed: Design, synthesis and characterization of ligands bearing propyltriethoxysilane and their copper complexes; Preparation and characterization of the magnetic mesoporous materials into which the copper complex and magnetic nanoparticles coated with silica gel (Fe3O4@nSiO2) are chemically incorporated using periodic mesoporous organosilica (PMO) method in which tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) is used as silica source and cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) as structure-directing template; Establishment of the correlation between the synthetic conditions and physichemical properties (eg. introducing rate of metal active site, mesopore diameter, BET surface area, total pore volume) of the magnetic mesoporous materials; Evaluation of the catalytic activity of the magnetic mesoporous materials in the direct hydroxylation of benzene into phenol.
