中文摘要: 依据荧光共振能量转移(FRET)原理,以无机量子点为能量供体,有机菁染料为能量受体,构建以适当方式连接的量子点-菁染料FRET复合探针,研究该探针结构与光谱特性的构效关系并观察其在模拟生理条件下的光学行为,采用瞬态荧光光谱技术对其载流子的激发和复合寿命及荧光强度与载流子弛豫时间的依赖关系进行初步探索,研究复合荧光探针中载流子微观输运中的动力学过程,进而观察具有FRET的复合探针的荧光变化规律及载流子的实际迁移规律。初步探索复合探针对癌细胞的作用特性。

英文摘要: Using inorganic QDs as a energy donor and organic cyanine dye as a energy acceptor, a complex FRET probe of QDs-cyanine dye linked by appropriate approach will be established according to the principle of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET). The structure activity relationships between structure and spectrum properties will be studied.The fluorescent properties and optical behavior in mimic cell environment will also be studied.The excitation and recombination lifetime of the current carrier at different stages, the dependent relationship between fluorescent intensity and relaxation time will be study primarily by a Steady/Transient State Fluorescence Spectroscopy. The dynamics process of current carrier in the complex probe will also be studied and then the fluorescet change law of the probe and pratical transference law of the current carrier will be observed. At last, the functional properties between the complex probe and the cancer cells will be attempted to study preliminaryily.
