中文摘要: 近年来聚合物颗粒的微纳多尺度结构和颗粒特性是尼龙增韧增强改性的发展方向。本项目基于增韧聚合物颗粒的微纳尺度异质化设计的新思路,通过RAFT活性自由基细乳液聚合方法,以顺序加料方式合成一种苯乙烯马来酸酐交替共聚物SMA为起始链段的聚苯乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS),聚合过程中乳胶粒自组装形成马来酸酐苯乙烯交替聚合物SMA为壳,内核为聚苯乙烯(PS)硬相和聚丁二烯(PB)软相组成的多重核壳结构的反应性SBS纳米增韧颗粒。研究嵌段聚合物增韧颗粒的RAFT细乳液聚合规律,实现新型反应性SBS增韧颗粒的微纳多尺度结构与尺寸的可控制备,研究增韧聚合物颗粒的微纳多尺度结构与尼龙增强增韧作用的构效关系和作用机理,为开发新型尼龙增韧材料和完善尼龙增韧理论提供依据。

英文摘要: In recent year, research in toughening and reinforcing modification of nylon are mainly focused on the micro/nano multi-scale structure and particles characteristics of the polymers. This project design the new toughening copolymer particles based on the heterogeneous scale of micro/nano structure. And the purpose is prepares SBS copolymers with alternating copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride as inception block by Semi continuous feeding RAFT mini-emulsion "living" radical polymerization. During the polymerizing process, latex particle will self-assemble to multiple core-shell structure with alternating copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride as outer shell layer and SBS block copolymers as multi core layer. Aiming at the precisely synthesizing well-defined reactive SBS copolymers with micro/nano multi-scale structure, we will explore the RAFT miniemulsion copolymerization principle of toughening block polymer particles. The relationship and mechanism of polymer particle with multi-scale structure and toughening and reinforcing performance will be investigated. Also, we will explore the theoretical foundation to prepare new Nylon toughening materials.
