中文摘要: 快速高分辨率的磁共振成像对于临床医学和科学研究有着重要作用。本项目拟从空间编码的可控性和抵抗磁场不均匀性出发,提出快速的随机空间编码序列和自适应联合稀疏重建模型,尽可能缩短成像时间的前提下提高分辨率,降低磁场不均匀对成像的影响。研究内容包括:1) 通过稀疏重建解决典型超快速空间编码的病态问题,提高图像的分辨率并降低重建噪声;2) 利用质子密度的空间冗余性,设计快速随机空间编码序列降低采样数据量,提高成像速度;3)充分利用同一高分辨率信号源的多个随机采样样本,建立自适应稀疏重建模型,获得高分辨率的重建图像。本项目的实施可以促进快速磁共振成像理论的发展,增强磁共振成像在临床医学和科学研究中的应用。

英文摘要: Achieving high-resolution and fast magnetic resonance imaging is very important for the clinical diagnosis and scientific research. In this project, a randomly spatial encoding scheme and the adaptive sparsity-based joint image reconstruction method are proposed to reconstruct magnetic resonance images from limited data. This project aims at greatly improving the limited resolution in fast imaging. Research work in the project will be conducted as follows: a) analyze the ill-conditioning of the conventional single scan spatially encoding and regularize the reconstruction with sparsity-based constraints; b) design fast randomly spatial encoding pulse sequences to explore the redundancy of spatial information; c) jointly reconstruct a high-resolution image with adaptive sparse representation from multiple imaging data of the high-resolution information. This project can improve the fast magnetic resonance imaging theory and sparsity-based image reconstruction methods, which can greatly benefit for the application of magnetic resonance imaging in clinical diagnosis and scientific research.
