中文摘要: 严峻的能源形势和恶化的生态环境,改变能源结构迫在眉睫,可再生清洁能源的研究成为世界颇为关注的课题。太阳能电池在可再生能源领域的地位日益突显,薄膜太阳能电池因具有一些独特和重要的特性,在太阳能电池方面具有许多优势。本项目拟采用电化学沉积法制备低成本、环保型铜锌锡硫Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS)薄膜太阳能电池,主要的研究目标:1)优化电沉积条件改善前驱体均匀性;2)优化硫化过程获得单相CZTS薄膜;3)明确硫化过程中硫元素扩散、铜元素迁移、锌和锡元素蒸发的方式,阐明CZTS薄膜形成和金属硫化物杂相产生的原因,揭示CZTS的硫化机理;4)明确电沉积和硫化过程中各种因素对电池光电性能的影响,阐明薄膜的元素构成、结构调控与光电性能之间的关系,揭示CZTS电池光电性能的影响机制。本项目在设计和研究新型光伏电池方面具有重要科学意义,并为提高CZTS电池的质量和转换效率及拓展其应用范围奠定坚实的基础。

英文摘要: With severe energy situation and deteriorating ecological environment, it is imminent to change energy structure, and renewable clean energy utilization has become a considerable attention research program in the world. Solar cells have an increasing prominent position in the renewable energy realm. Moreover, thin film solar cells have some unique and important features, so they have many preponderances in the field of solar cells. This project intends to employ the electrochemical deposition method to fabricate, low-cost and environmentally friendly, Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin film solar cells. The main research objectives: 1)optimize the electrodeposition conditions to improve the uniformity of the precursor; 2)optimize the sulfurization process to product single-phase CZTS film; 3)explain the reasons for Sulphur diffusion, Copper transportation,and Zinc and Tin evaporation during sulfurization process, articulate CZTS thin film formation and metal sulfides impurities production, and further reveal the sulfurization mechanism of CZTS thin film; 4)proclaim the influence of various factors on the CZTS cells optoelectronic properties, and further reveal the relationships among elemental composition, thin film structure, and optoelectronic properties.
