中文摘要: 青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)是不明原因引起的脊柱三维畸形,危害较大。对于早期发现的轻中度AIS,支具治疗是唯一有效的保守治疗方式。支具治疗还存在着支具佩戴舒适度差、无法实现畸形三维矫形及支具无法实现个体化等诸多问题。研发一种佩戴舒适、能实现三维矫形的新型个体化支具刻不容缓。目前课题组已完成新型支具的理论研究及外观设计工作,创新性地提出了应用气囊改善舒适度、胸腰段脊柱增加前凸矫形力及基于X光片的个体化支具的设计理念。本课题拟完成:1.新型支具简易模型的设计及制造;2.构建基于X光片的个体化支具设计生物力学仿真平台;3.生物力学仿真平台的验证;4.根据仿真平台的设计流程完成新型支具的设计及制造,并与Boston支具进行即刻矫正效应、三维矫形效应及支具佩戴舒适度的比较,初步验证新型支具疗效。新型个体化三维矫形胸腰骶气囊支具的成功研制将显著改善AIS患者保守治疗的效果,应用前景广泛。

英文摘要: Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis(AIS) is a three dimensional spinal deformity with unknown reasons and great harmfulness to public society. Brace treatment is the only effective conservative treatment for the early detected mild to moderate AIS. But the brace treatment has some problems such as wearing discomfort, being not achieve the aim of three dimensional correction and individual design. A new brace should be developed without delay. Our group has completed the theoretical study and design work for the new brace and proposed three innovations: 1.Using airbags to improve comfort.2.Exerting lordosis orthopedic force on the thoracolumbar spine.3.Proposing the concept of designing individual biomechanical simulative platform based on the X-ray films. This project intends to complete:1.Designing and manufacturing a simple model of this new brace. 2. Building individual biomechanical simulative platform based on X-ray films. 3. Verifying the platform. 4. Completing the design and manufacture of the brace based on the platform and comparing the immediate correction effect, three-dimensional correction and wearing comfort with the Boston brace.
