中文摘要: 本项目研究同步辐射原子对分布函数 (Atomic Pair Distribution Function) PDF方法原理及实现技术,并探索利用该方法与其他同步辐射方法以及中子散射技术结合研究材料结构。在SSRF高能线站以及一般弯铁线站分别实现PDF方法。结合PDF和吸收谱信息,探索新的结构重构算法。PDF结合小角散射技术,探讨全面精确表征纳米材料结构的实验和理论方法。本项目并拟在上海光源探索实现异常PDF方法。 上海光源3.5Gev的电子运行能量为PDF方法研究提供了可能。在SSRF实现发展该方法,可以大为促进国内各种新型功能材料和纳米材料的研究。通过了解材料纳米尺度结构,为理解和改善材料性能提供帮助。探索X光PDF方法也同时有助于上海光源二、三期线站建设,更可为将来北方光源和东莞中子源实现PDF方法做准备。

英文摘要: This project aims at studying the principle and implementation of the Atomic pair Distribution Function (PDF)method using synchrotron X-ray radiation. The combination of PDF and other synchrotron and neutron scattering methods will also be studied. We will try to implement the PDF method in the high energy beamline and the other bending magnetic beamline in SSRF. A new atomic structure reconstructing algorithm by combining the PDF and the X-ray absorbtion spectroscopy method is proposed. By combining PDF and small angle scattering method, we will extend the power of scattering method in the study of the nano-sized material. The anomalous PDF method will be tried. The 3.5Gev electron running energy in SSRF makes it possible to develop PDF method in China. The successful development of PDF in SSRF will help a lot the research of various new functional materials and nano materials. By solving accurately the nano scale material structure, people can get better understanding of the physical origins of the materials and improve the properties of the materials. Studying the PDF method using X-ray will also help the phase two and phase three construction of SSRF. And we can prepare for the future implementation of the PDF in the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) and Beijing Advanced Photon Source((BAPS).
