中文摘要: 突发事件应急响应是当今学术界研究的一个新热点,数据集成与共享往往是制约快速反应能力的瓶颈。海量异构数据的智能集成,是协同供应链应急决策与快速响应的基础和关键。 本项目是基于机器学习(Machine Learning)和智能多代理(Multi-agent)理论与技术,研究协同供应链应急状态下的数据集成问题。通过设计并构建协同供应链核心企业数据集成平台,研究并解决应急状态下具有语义分析能力的智能搜索方法问题;运用Multi-agent方法,研究并解决协同供应链海量异构数据特征模式和数据语义规则的表示问题;基于机器学习理论与技术,研究并实现具有动态适应能力的智能异构数据全局视图和动态包装器;开发并实现高效智能的数据集成原型系统。结合实证研究,实现计算机科学前沿技术和管理科学应用前沿的学科交叉与融合,具有学术意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Academic research of the emergency response to the disrupt event has been paid much more attention recently. Data integration and data sharing are considered to be the bottle neck for constraining the ability of the prompt response. Intelligent data integration of the large amount heterogeneous data is both the fundamental and the critical to emergency decision and the prompt response in the collaborative supply chain. Based on the theory and technology of the machine learning and multi-agent, this research is studying data integration under the emergent status and environment in the collaborative supply chain.By designing and constructing the data integrating platform of the core enterprise in the collaborative supply chain, this research is studying to propose the semantic analyzing search engine with high intelligence and performance in the emergent situation.Utilizing the multi-agent method, this research is studying how to define the feature patterns and semantic rules of the large amount heterogeneous data in the collaborative supply chain.Based on the theory and technology of the machine learning, this research is studying to realize the global view and the dynamic packed mechanism for heterogeneous data with intelligent adaptive ability.Further, by empirical research, this research is studying how to mer
