中文摘要: 桥梁结构健康监测系统的运行积累了海量数据,如何有效利用这些数据对桥梁结构进行状态评定、预测剩余寿命、优化维护策略等问题值得深入研究。本课题研究针对钢筋混凝土和预应力混凝土桥梁结构,基于长期监测数据,研究确定反映桥梁结构状态的症状指标;根据理论分析、数值模拟、模型试验和工程经验研究确定合理的参考极限状态(正常使用和承载力极限状态)症状指标取值;研究确定基于统计数据驱动的症状指标预测模型(如Gamma 过程模型);结合症状可靠度理论,提出一种新的混凝土桥梁结构症状可靠度分析理论和剩余寿命预测方法。采用基于状态的维护方法,研究不同维护策略对症状可靠度的影响规律,以结构全寿命周期费用最低、症状可靠度指标性能最优以及维护后的预期寿命最长等作为多优化目标,采用遗传算法、粒子群算法等确定优化的维护策略。研究成果可为混凝土桥梁结构的评估和维护管理提供依据。项目研究具有较大的理论意义和工程实用价值。

英文摘要: The operation of Bridge Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) system accumulated much data, the problem that how to use the data effectively to assess structural condition, predict service life, optimize life-cycle maintenance strategies of bridge structures should be further investigated. Aiming at the Reinforeced Concrete (RC) and Prestressed Reinforeced Concrete (PRC) bridge structure, the rational symptom representing the condition of bridge will be determined based on the long-term monitoring data in this proposal. Accordig to the research results of analytical solution, finite element analysis, model test and engineering experience, the reasonable value of the symptom index corresponding to the reference limit state will be determined. A statistical data-driven model (such as the Gamma model) will be determine to predict the symptom. Adopting the symptom-based reliability theory, a new symptom-based reliability analysis theory and service life prediction method will be proposed. Based on the condition-based maintenace, the effect of different maintenance strategies on symptom reliability will be discussed. Taking the minimum of life-cycle cost (LCC), the optimum symptom reliability index and the extension of expected service life as the multi-objective, the optimum maintenace strategy will be determined using genetic algorithm (GA) or Particle Swarm Optimization method. All these research results would be used to assess, maintenace and manage the concrete bridge. This project has both a significant theoretical value and an engineering application value.
