中文摘要: 为解决现有的保护、检测及诊断等方法对交流电机常见的绕组内部故障(尤其是汽轮发电机定子绕组匝间短路和励磁绕组匝间短路)的局限性,本项目提出了基于一种新型探测线圈感应电动势的故障在线监测方法。将每个探测线圈的两边固定于定子槽口,根据电机定子绕组的形式,按照一定的规则(包括线圈个数、空间位置、节距和联接方式等)布置探测线圈,通过在线监测探测线圈感应电动势来提取内部故障产生的气隙磁场附加谐波,可以同时反应交流电机的定子和转子绕组内部故障、并根据感应电动势的频率特征来区分具体的故障类型。在对各种故障进行严密的理论分析和准确的定量计算的基础上,研究各种故障特征量的提取方法,由此提出针对各种故障的监测方案和整定值,并进一步探索励磁绕组匝间短路的故障定位方法。该方法是对主设备继电保护和故障监测的原理性研究,同时其可行性也得到了部分电机制造厂的认可。

英文摘要: Concerning the limitation of the available protection, detection and diagnosis of the common internal faults in stator and rotor windings of AC machines (especially the stator inter-turn short circuits and field inter-turn short circuits in the typical turbo-generators with only two poles), this project presents an on-line faults monitoring method, using the EMF induced in the novel air-gap search coils. The search-coil has two sides fixed under the stator notches, and is arranged according to the certain rules that the number, position, pitch and connection pattern are determined by the stator winding of the machine. Monitoring the EMF of the specific search coils induced by the additional space harmonics of the air-gap magnetic field , the winding internal faults in stator and rotor can be not only detected but also distinguished from each other by the frequency of EMF. Based on the rigorous theoretical analysis and accurate quantitative calculation, extraction methods of the characteristics for different faults will be studied, and the monitoring schemes and the setting values presented. The location method will be further explored for the inter-turn short circuits of field windings in synchronous generators.
