中文摘要: 金属羰基化合物可有效地催化Friedel-Crafts反应。基于催化剂的结构决定其催化活性,本项目拟合成一系列含一个或多个取代基或官能团的茂型铼或钼羰基化合物,利用茂环上取代基或官能团的电子效应和立体效应,调控优化催化剂的结构和性能;合成一系列茚基或取代茚基铼或钼羰基化合物,利用茚的配位多样性和茚环上的取代基效应,调控优化催化剂的结构和性能。并系统地研究这些茂型金属羰基化合物在芳香化合物的Friedel-Crafts反应中的催化作用,考察影响催化剂活性的因素,揭示可能的催化反应机理,以期从中筛选出更加高效的、高选择性的和环境友好的催化剂体系。

英文摘要: Compared with the traditional catalysts such as metal salt, metal carbonyl complexes can catalyze the Friedel-Crafts reaction more efficiently with lower amount and better regioselectivity. In general, the activity of a catalyst depends largely on its chemical structure. Therefore, in this project, multiple series of novel catalysts involving metallocene carbonyl complexes, such as substituent cyclopentadienyl rhenium or molybdenum complexes, and indenyl or substituent indenyl rhenium or molybdenum complexes, will be designed and synthesized. The chemical structure and catalytic activity will be optimized by changing the substituted functional groups based on different electronic and steric effect of these groups. Moreover, through the systemic study of their catalytic performance in Friedel-Crafts alkylation and acylation reactions of aromatic compounds, the catalytic activities of these metal carbonyl complexes affected by the electronic and steric effect of the substituents will be discussed, and the possible catalytic reaction mechanism will be revealed. It is expected, based on these studies, a set of green catalysts with high efficacy and selectivity will be selected.
