中文摘要: 风电场工程面临着特殊地基土和恶劣环境共同提出的巨大挑战。在对内蒙古中西部风电场建设中的环境气象条件、风电场拟建和在建工程案例等进行调研的基础上,对风机地基在风致疲劳和冻融环境共同作用下的累积损伤规律进行研究,揭示风机地基在恶劣环境下其承载性能的劣化机理,对风电场地基的长期稳定性进行评价,建立地基土累积损伤的环境服役寿命预测模型,并对其待服役寿命进行预估。项目预期研究成果将是内蒙古中西部风电场工程建设中重要的理论和试验依据,为在偏远地区恶劣气候和特殊工程地质条件下,完善风机基础的设计计算,开发风电产业提供基础性研究资料。

英文摘要: Wind-power station engineering is faced with enormous challenges from especial foundation soil and harsh environment. The basic data have been investigated and analyzed in the mid-western area of Inner Mongolia, such as, environmental climate, several cases for proposed and under construction of wind-power station engineering. The accumulated damage law of wind-power foundation soil is studied under wind-induced fatigue and freeze-thaw environment combined action, and the capacity degradation mechanism is revealed. Then, the environmental service life prediction model is built on the basis of the accumulation damage law. The stability is evaluated and the life to be of service is estimated for the wind-power foundation. Research results drawn from this project will be the important basis both in theory and in experiment for wind-power station engineering in mid-western area of Inner Mongolia. It is the essential contribution to develop the wind-power industry and to improve the design calculations whether in remote areas and harsh environment, or for special geological engineering.
