中文摘要: 随着无线通信技术的日益成熟,无线业务迅猛增长,现有的固定频谱分配体制已无法满足通讯终端对频谱的需求,频谱资源变得日趋紧张。认知无线电技术就是在频谱资源短缺的背景下提出的,该技术是解决无线频谱资源低利用率的最佳方案。 我们将对当前认知无线电频谱资源管理的关键技术进行深入研究,分析当前已有成果的优缺点,研究如何在保证数据可靠、高效传输的前提下,提高频谱资源利用率,使认知无线电频谱资源管理的各项性能得到优化与提高。尝试在频谱感知、频谱共享、频谱分配三个关键技术层面进行策略分析与改进,设计合理高效的认知无线电频谱资源管理模型,并实现模拟验证平台。目的是充分发挥认知无线电频谱资源管理的智能性、灵活性和自适应性,从而尽可能实现高效的频谱机会检测,并能合理地利用所发现的频谱机会来为用户提供高质量的通信服务。

英文摘要: With the development of wireless communication technologies, the electromagnetic spectrum has become more and more crowded due to the explosively growing wireless applications. The conventional spectrum management allocates the spectrum in a very inflexible manner, which results in low efficiency of spectrum utilization. The reconization of the spectrum shortage has led to the Cognitive Radios (CR). They are deemed as a promising technology to achive better specctrum utilization. We investigate several important problems in the field of spectrum management. We analyze the advantages and drawbacks of existing methods and results. Specifically, we will try to find out the feasible solution that ensures the transmission is reliable and efficient while increasing the efficiency of spectrum utilizatin. At the same time, the other metrics of network performance are taken into account. We also consider the key technologies of spectrum sensing, spectrum sharing and spectrum assignment. Our objective is to design a feasible and efficient spectrum management model, and build the simulation experimental platform to test it. Finally, we improve the flexibility and adaptability of the cognitive radio networks.
