中文摘要: 针对目前沥青路面流动型车辙问题的严峻性,课题以HMA材料设计为目标,采用非连续数值计算和实验手段两种途径,对HMA永久变形发展过程进行多尺度研究,揭示微细观结构对宏观性能的内在影响,形成基于微观-细观-宏观联系的串行多尺度研究方法。并以这种方法为基础,反演指导骨料级配设计与复合胶浆的组分设计,最终建立基于多尺度联系的抗流动型车辙HMA材料设计方法。 本课题的研究成果将为转变HMA材料设计思路、促进纳米级复合改性沥青胶浆的开发、以及减少沥青路面的流动型车辙病害奠定基础。

英文摘要: For the seriousness of the asphalt pavement flow rutting problem, this project is put forward to study the development process of HMA permanent deformation using a discontinuous numerical method combined with experimental methods in the multiscale viewpoint, which will reveal the intrinsic influence of the microstructure to macroscopic properties, and form a set of sequential multiscale method based on micro-meso-macro linkages. The inversion of this method may be beneficial to the design of aggregate gradation and mortar composition of HMA, and to establishment of HMA material multiscale design method for resistance to flow rutting. The result of this project will change the HMA material design ideas and promote the development of nanoscale composite modified asphalt cement, and lay the foundation to reduce the flow rutting damage of asphalt pavement.
