中文摘要: 针对车身轻量化设计当中的"载荷多领域特性"、"材料多本构特性"、"模型多学科特性"等特点,提出载荷驱动的多材料组合车身多学科拓扑优化方法。通过该方法将车身设计过程中涉及的载荷特性的获取手段及数学描述方法、多种材料的优化分配与组合理论、车身多学科拓扑优化的建模与并行求解方法等有机的结合起来,形成一个系统完整、实用成熟的设计体系。用来寻求在一定载荷和约束条件下汽车车身的最佳材料布局及结构连接方式,是一种真正的载荷驱动的多学科车身结构设计方法。将为车身创新设计提供新的理论、方法和关键技术。对完善汽车设计理论、推动车身结构创新方法的发展具有重要的学术意义和显著的科学价值。

英文摘要: When design a lightweight car body, it faces to three types of "multiple characteristics" including multi-domain characteristics of loading, multi-constitutive characteristics of the materials and multidisciplinary characteristics of the mathematical models of the car boy. This project proposes a load-driven multidisciplinary topology optimization method of Multi-Materials-Assembly (MMA) car body. Firstly, the mathematical model and acquisition method the car body loading sets are studied. Then the theory and approaches of multiple materials distribution and assembly on the 3D car body design domain are constructed. Thirdly, the mathematical model of the multidisciplinary topology optimization of the car body and its parallel solving methods are proposed. And then united them together and formed a practical, mature and completely design system of the MMA car body. An optimal structural layout and material distribution and their connection mode of an MMA car body can be got under certain loading and other boundary constraints by this method. It is a really load-driven multidisciplinary structural design method. It will provide new theories, methods and key solution technologies for vehicle body innovative design. And it has great academic and scientific value for car design theories.
