中文摘要: 生物质各组分高效、温和分离与活化,是实现生物质高效利用的基础之一。本项目拟以生物质主要组分全利用为出发点,通过合成强氢键给/受体离子液体、功能化离子液体与传统有机溶剂组成混合溶液体系,构建木质纤维素低成本溶解预处理新体系;通过原位紫外拉曼光谱、核磁共振、荧光光谱,原子力显微镜、深紫外激光光发射电子显微镜、广角X射线衍射等现代分析手段研究木质纤维素材料在其中的溶解行为,低浓度离子液体在有机溶剂中与生物质聚合物分子水平相互作用机制、木质纤维素各组分之间共价键连接方式及物理、化学结构调控机制,溶剂诱导的纤维素晶体结构诱变机制。建立成分组成分析与结构解析新方法体系;建立木质纤维素材料生物、化学反应应答机制与其物理、化学结构构效关系;建立木质纤维素材料组分选择性催化转化实现组分分离、活化与高值化利用新方法。本项目的成功立项与实施,将为生物质能源植物的培育、以及生物质高值化利用途径探索提供理论支持。

英文摘要: The mild and efficient fractionation and activation of lignocelluloses is one of the biggest challenges of biomass utilization towards a full utilization of the main components of lignocelluloses. This project is dedicated to developing a novel mixed low cost dissolution & pretreatment system for lignocellulose, which consists of designed and synthesized strong hydrogen bonding acceptor/donor ionic liquids, functionalized ionic liquids, and traditional polar organic solvents. The dissolution behavior of lignocelluloses, the molecular-level-interaction between low concentration ionic liquids in organic solvents with biopolymers, lignin-carbohydrates-complexes, tunable mechanism of physical chemical structure of lignocelluloses, tunable mechanism of cellulose crystalline structure induced by solvents will be investigated by using in-situ UV Raman Spectroscopy, NMR, Fluorescence Microscope, Atomic Force Microscope, Photo Emission Electron Microscopy, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,technologies, and so on.
