中文摘要: 超分子笼由于其限域空间效应,展现了优异的包合催化性能,而杯芳烃独特的结构使之适宜于构筑分子笼(或环),特别是通过配位键构筑的杯芳烃类分子笼,由于其结构稳定、孔径大、活性位点多的特点,具有诱人的研究前景。 本项目拟利用产率高、选择性好的点击合成方法,分别在杯芳烃的上沿及下沿引入三唑和三联吡啶基团,构筑一类新型的基于杯芳烃(或杯冠醚)的多齿配体,通过配位的方法对其结构进行预构建,而后再与金属离子自组装,构筑一系列分子环与分子笼,并在此基础上开展对分子笼(或环)的催化性能和反应机理的探索性研究。 利用配位点丰富的多个杯芳烃构建大型的自组装体系,对更深入研究和掌握杯芳烃分子自组装现象和规律有良好的指导作用,也将为超分子器件和化学微反应器的设计提供一条有效的途径。

英文摘要: Supramolecular cages have exhibited excellent inclusion and catalysis properties because of their space confinement effect. Calixarene is one of good candidates for constructing a type of novel supramolecular cages due to its unique structure. Especially, calixarene-based metallosupramolecular cages are most promising for their stable structure, large pore size, and abundant active sites. In this project, novel calixarene (or calixcrown)-based multidentate ligands with triazole and terpyridine groups at upper or lower rim are designed and synthesized using high efficient click synthesis method. After proper pre-organization by metal-coordination bonds, a series of self-assembled metallocycles and metallocages will be obtained by coordination with some specific metal ions. Moreover, catalytic properties and reaction mechanisms of the calixarene-based metallocycles and metallocages as well as functional assemblies will be investigated. Constructing novel large self-assemblies based on multidentate calixarene ligands is important and interesting. It is guidance for further studying and better understanding of the calixarene-based supramolecular self-assemblies and their assembly principles, and also opens an efficient route for designing more sophisticated assemblies like molecular machines and nanoreactor
