中文摘要: 随着转基因抗虫棉的生产应用,棉花早衰现象加重,已经成为制约棉花生产发展的重要因素。"根-冠"协调性与棉花早衰密切相关,"根源"在棉花衰老进程中的生长特性鲜见报道。本项目拟以生产上大面积推广的转基因抗虫棉为材料,通过不同水平氮素处理获得不同衰老程度的棉花群体,开展以下研究:(1)采用世界上先进的微根窗根系研究设备"CI-600根系监测系统"开展根系生长形态及细根寿命的研究;(2)根系及伤流液中生理代谢指标测定,获得根系代谢活性;(3)地上部植株衰老特性,基于测定棉花衰老进程中早衰生理及形态指标;(4)棉花根系生长特征与地上部植株衰老相关性分析。本项目旨在揭示棉花衰老进程中原位根系生长动态、根系代谢活性和地上部植株衰老特征的相互关系,明确根系生长特征及"根-冠"协调性,探明"根源"形态与生理特征在棉花衰老进程中的作用。试验结果对丰富棉花源库理论、防控早衰具有重要的理论和现实意义。

英文摘要: With the production and application of transgenic insect-resistant cotton, aggravating premature senescence in cotton, has become an important factor in restricting the development of cotton production. The coordination of root-crown is closely related to premature senescence in cotton,but the report about the characteristics of root-reason during cotton aging process has rarely been seen. In this project, cotton root characteristics research will be carried out under the nitrogen stress condition during plants aging process. Selecting Bt-transgenic cotton varieties which are widely used in production as the material in cotton division of a representative field in the Huanghe valley. The main content of the project includes four aspects as below: (1) Root morphology and fine root longevity would be researched with CI-600 root growth monitoring system which is a world advanced equipment for root growth detection. (2) Metabolic activity of roots, i.e. physiological metabolism index in root and bleeding sap will be studied. (3) Senescence characteristics of aboveground part based on the Physiological and morphology index in monitoring cotton aging process. (4) The correlation analysis of root growth characteristics and aboveground plant senescence in cotton. This project aims to reveal the relationship of the cotto
