中文摘要: 自拓扑绝缘体在实验室成功制备以来,拓扑绝缘体边界态或表面态的电子输运性质研究成为当今凝聚态物理中的研究热点之一。结合该领域关于拓扑Anderson绝缘体,量子Andreev反射,量子反常霍尔效应和量子霍尔态边界态相干性等课题的最新研究进展,本项目拟主要开展以下几方面研究:(1)拓扑绝缘体/超导体系中Anderson无序导致的量子Andreev反射现象;(2)量子反常霍尔态/超导共存体系中Andreev反射现象和电子的输运性质;(3)拓扑绝缘体或相关体系中表面态或边界态的相干输运特性。超导态,量子反常霍尔态,Andreev反射和电子相干特性都是当今凝聚态物理中的研究热点,在拓扑绝缘体混合体系中研究这些新奇物质态和量子现象是非常有意义的课题,并且也都是当前研究的热点和重点之一。这些课题的研究不但具有澄清物理概念、阐明物理图像的认知意义,而且能够为未来量子器件研制奠定前期的理论工作。

英文摘要: Since fabricating topological insulators(TIs) successfully in experiment, the transport properties of electrons in the edge states or surface states of TI are studied extensively in the topological insulator, and have being one of the hot research areas in the condensed matter field. According to the recent research progresses about the topological Anderson insulator, quantum Andreev reflection, quantum anomalous Hall effect and the electron coherence of quantum Hall state,we plan to do the following research in this project: (1)the study of the quantum Andreev relfection in topological insulator/supeconductor hybrid system; (2)the study of the quantum Andreev relection and electronic transport properties in quantum anomalous Hall state/superconductor hybrid system; (3)the study of the coherent transport properties of the edge state or surface state of topological insulator. Note that the superconduct state, quantum anomalous Hall state, quantum Andereev reflection and electronical coherent properties are the focuses in the condensed matter physics. Therefore, it is important to study these novel quantum states and quantum phenomena in the topological insulator related structures.
