中文摘要: 信号经编码、量化后,在传输过程中,例如在有多个中继站的网络传输系统的传输过程中,由于线路的传输容量、缓冲器溢出等因素的影响,数据丢失在所难免,从而使接受端的重构信号与原信号产生误差。采用合理的编码系统可以有效地减少这种重构误差。框架由于具有冗余性,使其在构造的灵活性和减少重构误差等方面优于基,因此对线性编码而言,框架正代替基成为现代传输系统普遍使用的编码工具。本项目拟通过对框架特性的研究,提供前人未曾得到的处理数据和数据包丢失的最优线性编码系统,使数据丢失重构误差达到最小,同时研究噪音导致的误差的最小化问题。建立数据概率丢失的误差模型,研究使这种误差达到最小的最优框架及其对偶以提供最优线性编码器和解码器。研究在编码器选定时,如何得到基于数据概率丢失误差模型的最优解码器。研究融合框架性质,提供具体的构造算法,为处理数据包丢失问题提供最优编码系统。开发相关的实用软件和具体的信号传输系统的成品。

英文摘要: In the transmission process of signals such as the procedure in some communication networks with few relay stations, some coefficients of encoded and quantified data may unavoidably get lost due to the capacity of the transmission channel, buffer overflow, etc. The erasures result in the differences between the original signals and the reconstructed signals which are called erasure errors. A good coder can work efficiently to reduce the errors. The advantages of redundancy of frames are the variety of frames that exist and the ability to reduce the erasure errors comparing with bases. So frames have been widely used as linear coders in the modern communication systems in stead of bases. In this proposal, we will study the properties of frames to provide new optimal linear coders for data erasures and data packet erasures to minimize the erasure errors while minimizing the noise errors will be considered. We will set up a probability error model under which we will study the probability optimal frames and their duals to provide optimal linear encoders and decoders to minimize the probability erasure errors. We will research the optimal dual frame as decoder for a given frame as encoder based on the new probability error model. We will study the characteristics of fusion frames and give the constructing algorithms
