中文摘要: 广域分布多类型储能技术是提升电网消纳风电能力的有效技术手段,课题针对其涉及的若干亟待破解的关键技术问题进行重点研究,包括:研究风电出力波动及其广域时空耦合特性,提出基于电力系统多尺度约束的求取风电功率极限波动水平方法、原理和计算模型,建立不同储能系统出力特性与平抑风电功率波动特性的对应关系和匹配方案及其专家数据库,提出储能装置广域接入系统的优化布点方法和原则、研究储能电站内部所需储能装置的具体类型选择准则及其容量优化配比的方法和计算模型,研究基于风电出力预报的广域储能电站的优化调度模型和算法,提出储能电站内部各能量单元的实时在线控制或者能量管理策略,最后,构建广域参数的储能系统提高电网消纳风电能力及其经济性的的评估模型等。采用理论分析、数字计算机建模仿真、实验和实例动模验证相结合的研究方法,形成系统理论。研究成果有利于推动储能技术和风电技术的快速发展。

英文摘要: Multi-type storage system with wide area distributed is an effective technical means to enhance power system cnsumpt wind power,the topic focus on which relates to some unsolved key technology,includes research on wind power fluctuation and wide-area apatiotemporal coupling characteristics,proposed to strike wind power limited fluctuation level method、principle and calculation model based on multi-scale power system constrains,stabilize database of experts and the correspondence between different energy storage system output characteristic and wind power fluctuation characteristic,proposed the optimize layout of energy storage system access principles、research specific type of energy storage selection criteria and its capacity ratio optimizate computaion model,study wide-area storage power station optimal scheduling model based on wind power output forecasts,proposed energy storage station internal unit real-time online control or energy management strategy,finally,construct wide-area parameters and its economic assessment model of the energy storage system to enhance the consumption of wind power capacity by power system.Using theoretical analysis、digital computer modeling simulation、laboratory and examples of dynamic simulation combination methods to form system theory.The research results have advantage to p
