中文摘要: 为阐明江西省鄱阳湖乐安河中下游洪泛区受德兴矿区污染水稻土中重金属在土壤中的分布特征、重金属在潴育型水稻土壤-作物系统中的输移分配及其对水稻产生的毒性效应,本课题以德兴矿区下游戴村、尚濂村、魏家村等不同水文及耕作方式影响下的潴育型潮沙泥田与黄泥田水稻土为研究对象,在分析水稻土理化性质的基础上,采用实地定位观测与室内模拟研究方法,研究不同耕作方式、不同生育阶段下重金属在土壤-植物系统的迁移、累积特征及其与土壤环境条件的关系,分析水稻植株各器官超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、叶绿素等生理指标的相应规律,旨在弄清重金属胁迫对水稻不同生育阶段的伤害机理,揭示不同耕作方式下水稻不同生长时期内受到重金属影响的抗氧化酶效应。研究成果将对维护农业生态系统安全有着重要的意义。

英文摘要: To clarify the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in soils polluted by Jiangxi Dexing mining area in the downstream of Le'an river Poyang Lake, and to illustrate the toxic effect to the crop during their transporting and distributing in hydromorphic paddy soil-crop system , the hydromorphicthe paddy tidal sand soil and yellow clayey paddy soil under different hydrology and cultivation way in Dai village, Shanglian village, Weijia village and etc will be chosen as the research objects. Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of soils, the in-situ-test method and simulation in the laboratory will be used to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of heavy metals transport and accumulation in soil-crop system and the soil environment under different culvation way and in different period of growth. The corresponding rules of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase (CAT), chlorophyll and other physiological indexes of the crops' organism will be analyzed to reveal the damage mechanism under different cultivation ways during different growth period of rice stressed by heavy metals. Research will reveal the antioxidant enzyme effect of heavy metals in hydromorphic paddy soil-crop system from mining drainage, and have important significance to maintain the security of agricultural ecological system.
