中文摘要: 人参皂苷是三萜类化合物,在药理、药化、临床、新药研发等方面一直是国内外研究的热点,但在人参三萜类皂苷对人参环境适应与进化的作用方面研究甚少。项目组发现人参三萜类皂苷具有较强的抗虫性。本项目拟在已有工作基础上,研究人参三萜皂苷对人参抵御昆虫取食等生物环境适应方面的作用,探讨人参单体皂苷多样同昆虫多样性的关系,阐述三萜皂苷的抗虫作用机理。其研究结果可使我们进一步认识三萜类物质在植物种群适应与进化中的地位和作用,对于认识人参等中药材适应性进化途径、道地性形成机制以及生物防治害虫研究均有意义。

英文摘要: Ginsenosides are triterpenoids, which has always been a hot research topic in pharmacology, medicine, clinical, and new drug research and development, but research on the role of ginseng environmental adaptation and evolution of ginseng triterpene saponins was little.The project team found that ginseng triterpene saponins have strong insect resistance. The project intends to work on the basis of existing research, to study on ginseng saponins action against insect feeding and other aspects of biological adaptation to the environment, to explore the diverse relations with insect diversity and ginsenosides, to explain the mechanism of insect-resistant role of ginseng triterpenoid saponins. The research results can make us further understanding triterpene substances in the position and role of the plant species adaptation and evolution, which has significance in adaptive evolutionary approach of ginseng herbs, authentic formation mechanism and biological pest control.
