中文摘要: 由于量子尺寸效应以及薄膜与衬底的相互作用,超薄超导体蕴含丰富的物理现象。本项目将BSCCO、NbSe2等超薄超导体和单层或者双层的石墨烯有机的结合起来,一方面可以研究不同厚度的超薄超导体的物理特性,另一方面可以研究超薄超导/石墨烯异质结构的输运特性,以及超薄超导与石墨烯之间的邻近效应、表面和界面效应、场效应特性等。该项研究对于理解超薄超导材料的超导特性、超导体的界面调控以及石墨烯的界面调控和物理特性具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Ultrathin Superconducting Films (USFs) contain many new physical phenomena due to the quantum size effect and the interaction between the film and the substrate. This project plans to study USFs (such as BSCCO, NbSe2)/graphene heterostructures. We can study not only the physical characteristics of the ultrathin superconductor with different thicknesses, but also the transport properties of the heterostructure, as well as proximity effect, surface and interface effects, field-effect characteristics between USFs and graphene. This project is important for understanding the superconducting properties of USFs, the interface control of the superconductors and graphene, and their physical characteristics.
