中文摘要: 结构拓扑优化已在很多领域得到了应用,然而,所有的拓扑优化研究本质上都是基于结构的力学分析展开的,优化的对象大多是静态问题。目前,在生物工程、组织工程等领域出现了一些随时间演化非力学问题(复杂动态系统)的结构拓扑优化需求,如通过设计可降解药物控释系统聚合物载体结构,使得药物按照理想规律释放,由于这类问题优化的是一个系统空间状态随时间变化的动态过程,现有的拓扑优化方法对此无能为力。本项目拟通过将元胞自动机思想与拓扑优化思想与方法相结合,提出一种新的拓扑优化方法,借助元胞自动机多规则组合驱动的随时间自演化机制来实现随时间演化非力学问题的结构拓扑优化,并通过算法研究,建立一种一般性的最优演化规则,项目选取典型系统进行优化设计,并通过实验研究进行验证。通过本项目研究,发展并建立适用于随时间演化非力学问题的结构拓扑优化方法及理论,最终解决生物工程、组织工程等领域的随时间演化非力学问题的结构拓扑优化。

英文摘要: Topology optimization, which has been applied in various areas, is a new branch derived from structural optimization studies. The present topology optimization researches in its nature are based on structural mechanical analysis, in which static problems are the objects for optimization. With the development of Sci-tech, topology optimization for some non-mechanics evolution over time system (complicated dynamic) are needed in bioengineering and tissue engineering.For example a biodegradable drug delivery system with realize release characteristics, the drug release is a complicated and dynamic process. Unfortunately, the present topology optimization methods are unable to match the needs. The present study is designed to solve the problems mentioned above. A general optimization rule in realizing topology optimization for the non-mechanics evolution over time system will be established. First,a new topology optimization method will be developed based on the self-organization mechanics of cellular automaton (CA) and the topology optimization principle.To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed topology optimization method, furthermore, the topology optimization for a typical system(biodegradable drug delivery system) using the proposed method will be solved, and the drug release experiment will be accomplish
