中文摘要: 复杂空间管路系统是船舶、航空航天、核电、化工等领域复杂机电装备研发过程的重要组成部分,实现其智能化集成设计具有重要的理论意义与工程应用价值。传统特征技术由于采用预定义参数化模板,缺乏支持多拓扑构型设计对象的特征语义描述机制及有效性验证方法,特征自身拓扑构型不可改变,因此难以应用于此类问题的设计。本项目面向国家发展高端机电装备及复杂空间管路智能化集成设计的需求,研究支持多分支管路设计的动态特征建模理论及方法,包括特征几何/拓扑/参数一体化语义建模方法、实时语义验证方法及特征拓扑构型自适应智能可变方法;面向船舶领域管路系统设计,研究支持设备布局、路径规划及特征建模的管路集成设计方法,掌握设计流程;搭建支撑理论研究与实例验证的空间管路设计、仿真分析平台。形成以管路动态特征为纽带的方案设计与详细设计集成设计理论与方法体系,为复杂空间管路设计的技术发展提供新思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: Orient towards the national demands for development of high-end mechatronic equipments and requirement of intelligent & integrative design of complex spatial piping system, this project firstly investigates the dynamic feature modeling theory and method that supports the multi-branch pipe design, including the integrated feature semantic modeling method which covers feature geometry, topology, and parameters, real-time semantic validation mechanism, and adaptive intelligent variable method for modifying topology configurations of features. Secondly, this research explores the intelligent integrated design methodologies of equipment layout, piping path planning, and dynamic feature modeling of piping in ship design. Finally, a simulation and analysis platform which underpins aforementioned theoretical investigations and experimental validations will be established. The expected outcome will establish the key enabling integrated design methodologies which connect schematic design and detailed design utilizing dynamic piping features. The leading-edge research definitely provides both novel and pioneering ideas and a solid theoretical basis for further technological developments of complex spatial pipeline design.
