中文摘要: 本项目拟开发由 Sonogashira 反应启动、经由炔基亚胺中间体的串联反应,用以合成系列喹啉和吲哚衍生物;通过引入不同官能团来控制催化剂的作用位点,提高反应的区域选择性,从而使串联反应按预期方向进行;探索铜或钯催化的多种有机反应与 Sonogashira 反应串联的可行性;通过考察催化剂、配体、添加剂等对催化效率的影响来优化反应条件,并研究有关反应机理;考察产物的生物活性及其在有机功能材料方面的应用。炔基亚胺具有多官能团、易转化的性质,而过渡金属催化的串联反应具有原子经济性、环境友好的优点,因而该项目的研究在有机合成方法学上符合国民经济的可持续发展需求,具有重要理论意义和广泛的应用价值。

英文摘要: This project focus on development of transition metal catalyzed tandem reactions, initiated by Sonogashira coupling,via alkynyl imine intermediates, for the synthesis of quinoline and indole derivatives. The research objectives are as follows: Improve the regioselectivity by introducing functional groups to control the direction of the tandem reactions; Investigate the possibility of several copper or palladium catalyzed reactions combined with Sonogashira coupling; Optimize the reaction conditions by investigating the influence of catalyst, ligand and additive on catalytic efficiency, and study the reaction mechanism; Explore the bioactive or functional organic material properties of the products. This organic synthetic methodology has both merits of alkynyl intermediate and transition metal catalyzed tandem reactions, which is valuable for the sustainable development of social economy.
