中文摘要: 热疗已经成为了继手术、放疗、化疗和免疫疗法之后的第五大肿瘤治疗方法。由于病变组织对温度比较敏感,而且耐热的能力比正常组织要差,所以,在热疗过程中,对人体或病变组织的温度测量是至关重要的。如果治疗温度过低达不到治疗效果,温度过高会对人体或正常组织造成伤害。现有测温方法受热疗过程中电磁场的干扰,不能进行稳定准确测温,而且测温探头在人体内部进行测温时,无法进行位置定位,所以不能准确探测需要测量部位的温度。本项目研究一种基于超细传像光纤和光纤温度测量原理的技术,能够对热疗过程中人体组织温度进行准确测量,同时又可以对治疗区域进行成像。采用光纤测温技术不仅不受治疗过程中电磁场的干扰,同时也可以快速准确地测量病变组织处的温度。利用光纤复丝技术制作直径为1mm以下的传像束,使传感器探头可以做到微型化。这一技术的应用,可为热疗手术提供有效可靠的测温手段,同时也为医学检查提供一种全新的技术手段。

英文摘要: Thermal Therapy (Hyperthermia) is one of the effective operations for tumor curing. Since tumor tissues are susceptible to temperature than normal tissues, in the thermal therapy operation, temperature is a crucial parameter. As the temperature is too low, the tumor tissues can not be killed; otherwise, the temperature is too high, the operation may damage the surrounding tissues of tumor. During the hyperthermia operation, the heating power is normally high-frequency EM field, so traditional temperatures sensors, such as thermal couples, thermistors, can not work stably due to EM disturbance. We present a multi-function endoscope optical fiber temperature sensor system. With this system, in the operation tumor temperature is measured with an optical fiber sensor based of fluorescence life time, furthermore a build-in endoscope in the fiber sensor can image the target field of the tumor tissues. In clinic operation, physicians can check the tissue temperature, and can view the detected field at the same time.
