中文摘要: 本项目利用铝热合成工艺合成NiAl金属间化合物和纳米氧化铝共同强化的ODS铁基合金。合金基体由具有良好抗高温氧化性能的FeCrAl铁素体组成,强化相是高体积分数的、并与铁素体基体呈相间分布的板条状NiAl金属间化合物,合金组织呈编织状态。纳米氧化铝颗粒与NiAl相在纳米尺度上均匀混合。本项目拟研究铁素体/NiAl两相编织状组织形态的形成机制,研究铝热剂成分与铁基ODS合金显微结构之间的关系,评价铁基ODS合金的室温和高温力学性能。这些研究对进一步理解铝热反应过程的机制、扩大铝热反应在材料合成特别是纳米复合材料合成领域的应用范围、对高性能、低成本铁基高温结构材料的开发都具有重要的理论和实际意。

英文摘要: In this project, the Fe-based ODS alloys reinforced with NiAl and nano Al2O3 paticles have been synthesized by the thermite reaction. The matrix of the synthesized alloys have a lamellar microstructure consisting of ferrite and intermetallic compound NiAl in which Al2O3 nanoparticles are uniformly distributed. This project will study the formation mechanism of the intertexture structure in the alloys and the relationship between the microstructure and the thermite chemical compositions. The mechanical properties at room and elevated temperatures of ferritic ODS alloys strengthened by NiAl and Al2O3 nanoparticles will be investigated in detail. These studies have great theoretical and practical significance for better understanding the mechanism of the thermite reaction process, expanding application area of the thermite synthesis technology in the nanocomposite materials and for developing Fe-based alloys with high performance and low cost.
