中文摘要: 双极性有机场效应晶体管在构筑逻辑互补电路时可以有效地降低功耗,减小噪声和简化制备工艺。同时具有p型和n型特性的单一组分共轭高分子材料是构筑双极性有机场效应晶体管的一种理想选择。如何选择合适的电子受体材料是合成高性能、高稳定性双极性共轭高分子的一个关键问题。本项目拟通过优化电子受体单元的结构和性能(电子能级,单体的共轭尺度,单体的对称性与共面性,以及侧链大小、形状和极性等),系统地研究电子受体材料对双极性场效应晶体管器件性能的影响,力求阐明共轭高分子结构与性能之间的关系。本项目的研究主要包括以下几个方面:(1)设计与合成新型电子受体材料;(2)共轭高分子的制备、提纯与表征;(3)电子受体单元的结构对有机薄膜微结构的影响;(4)场效应晶体管器件的制作、器件性能的分析与总结、器件结构与材料结构的优化。

英文摘要: Ambipolar organic field-effect transistors have shown high performance in complementary metal-oxide semiconductor digital integrated circuits. Single component conjugated polymers which allow both hole and electron transport could be a good candidate to fabricate the ambipolar organic field effect transistors. The selection of a proper acceptor can be the key step to achieve high performance ambipolar transport. This project intends to optimize the electronic properties of electron acceptors such as the accepting strength, the size of the π system, the symmetry of the acceptors, and the shape, size and polarity of the side chains, to study the dependence of the device performance on acceptor units, to investigate the relationship between the structure of conjugated polymers and device performance. The study includes the following aspects: (1) the design and synthesis of novel electron acceptors; (2) the preparation and purification of conjugated polymers; (3) the effect of acceptors structure on the microstructure of the thin film; (4) the fabrication and optimization of transistors devices,and the interrogation of the device data and the redesign of electron acceptors.
