中文摘要: 以生物质为原料生产高附加值化工产品是能源化工领域的研究热点之一,也是实现能源可持续利用的重要途径;本项目通过对纤维素和木质素催化降解过程的深入研究,探究以离子液体或超临界流体为反应介质,以金属纳米材料和固体酸为催化剂催化纤维素和木质素转化合成生物基化学品和的研究;依据纤维素分子羟基多、易环合的结构特点,采用含Ni、Pt、Rh、Au或Mn等单组分或双组分的金属纳米材料为催化剂,实现纤维素的脱聚和原位转化过程协同进行,高效、高选择性地合成2,5-二甲基呋喃和2,5-呋喃二甲酸;依据木质素分子中C-O-C键和C-C键可选择性断裂的特性,采用金属配合物和固体酸为催化剂,实现木质素直接转化合成苯酚;同时,采用原位光谱法和动力学分析法等手段对催化过程跟踪研究,提出纤维素和木质素降解过程的反应机理,并使用分子模拟和理论计算等技术手段进行验证,为生物质能源的工业应用奠定基础.

英文摘要: The research on the production of high value-added chemicals from biomass has become a hot topic, which can be considered as a promising and improtant process for the ulitization of sustainable energy. In this project,the catalytic conversion of cellulose and lignin to bio-based chemicals with nano materials and solid acids as the catalysts will be investigated in the ionic liquid and supercritical fluids based on the deep understanding of catalytic degradation of cellulose and lignin. Due to the fact that the cellulose molecule contains many hydroxy groups and is easily cyclized, the depolymerization of cellulose and in situ conversion of the intermediate can be successfully performed to the efficient and selective synthesis of 2,5-dimetylfuran and furan-2,5-dicarboxylic acid using nano Ni, Pt, Rh, Au or Mn metals as catalysts. The catalytic conversion of lignin to pehenol using metal complexes and solid acid as catalysts based on the selective cracking of C-O-C and C-C bonds of lignin molecule. In addition, catalytic process will be studied using in situ spectra and dynamic analysis methods; furthermore, the molecular simulation and theoritical calculations are employed so that the reaction mechanism on the degradation of cellulose and lignin can be correctly proposed, which will build a solid foundation for industrial application of biomass conversion.
