中文摘要: 本项目拟从物流资源整合的视角,研究物流资源整合条件、模式、结构及其动态转移过程;根据资源碳排放量、减排能力和碳泄漏情况,设计差别制定减排组合政策;建立物流资源低碳纵、横向整合和整合联盟结构的动态博弈模型,分析不同低碳策略下多主体多目标的博弈;构建资源纵横双向整合博弈过程系统动力学模型,分析碳减排率、资源利用率与物流运作功能变量等因素之间的扰动所形成的资源整合结构与运作模式;提出不同碳监管组合政策,分析其基于低碳的多目标优化的整合结构和运作模式的影响,寻找碳监管政策与物流资源整合运作模式的最佳匹配,提出基于某类低碳环境政策物流资源整合最优运作模式,实现整合体碳排放优化和控制;并进行组合碳减排政策动态分析,实现基于物流资源整合和运作全程的资源效率、效益与碳排放综合最优。为政府和产业部门从物流资源整合设计阶段到运作的全过程的动态碳监管提供理论依据和决策建议。

英文摘要: In this project from the perspective of logistics resource integration, study on the logistics resources integration condition, structure ,model and dynamic transfer process; According to the carbon emissions,ability of reductionand the carbon leakage situation, design difference carbon regulation policies; Establish dynamic game model of longitudinal, horizontal cooperation and integration alliance structureof logistics resourcesbased on low carbon, analysis under different low carbon strategy multi-goal of the game; set up Game process system dynamics model of vertical and horizontal integration resources, analysis of carbon reduction rate, resource utilization and logistics operation function variable factors such as the disturbance between resource integration which is formed by the structure and operation mode; Different combination of carbon regulation policy is put forward, analysis of the integration of the multi-objective optimization based on low carbon structure and operation mode, the influence of carbon regulation and operation pattern of logistics resource integration, the best match, based on some sort of low carbon environmental policy logistics resources integration optimal operation model, optimized integrated body carbon emissions and control; And empirically. For industries and government sectors provides the theory basis for optimal, control and collaborative the methods of carbon management from logistics resources integration design stage to the operation of the whole process. It is reslizate optimal resource efficiency, benefit and carbon emission based on logistics resources integration and operationfor the government, industries and enterprises to provide reference.
