中文摘要: 多数真空微纳电子器件是以场致电子发射理论为基础,而场致发射器件的核心是冷阴极。阴极结构的优化设计与优质阴极材料的研制是真空微电子学的重要内容之一,也是微电子器件的制造、场致发射应用以及可靠性分析的基础。由于碳纳米管、氮化碳、纳米金刚石等碳基纳米材料具有特殊结构和优异的物理化学性质,被认为良好的阴极发射体材料。本课题,通过对纳米冷阴极器件的结构与发射性能进行理论分析,优化器件结构、提高其发射性能,研制新型金属性或半导体性碳基纳米材料,在此基础上,实验制备新型优质纳米冷阴极器件(如:纳米传感器、显示器及电子源等),且对器件的各种性能进行实验检测,这对真空微电子器件的进一步发展、实际器件的制备及性能的改进提供具有参考价值的数据。

英文摘要: The vacuum micro-nano electron devices are based on field emission theory, and the cold cathode is a important part of the field emission devices. The fabrication of device, application of field emission and reliability analysis for the vacuum micro-nano electron devices are based on the optimum design on structure of the cold cathode and study of the best cathode materials. The nano-materials based on carbon, such as CNTs, TNs, and nano-diamonds are excellent materials for the field emitter because of it with special structure and unique physical and chemical properties. In this study, optimize the structure and improve the emission ability via theoretically analysis for the nano cold cathode devices, and investigate a new conductive or semiconductive nano materials based on carbon. In addition, preparet a new nano cold cathode device. These works provide effective reference datum for the development of the vacuum micro-nano electron devices and fabrication of the nano electron devices.
